Objectives and Requirements
Frank Harris & Company sought a replacement of their aging and non-mobile responsive website. Furthermore, their original website was not marketing-orientated. The new website, built on the WordPress framework, imports a property feed from Reapit and provides detailed area guides, team profiles, a blog section showcasing depth of team’s area knowledge and property know how, a live feed from Feefo and a Land & New Homes section.
We designed them a modern look and aimed the new website to the needs and expectations of today’s property market and with clear call to actions, throughout.
The whole user experience was redefined, with a great focus being placed on the mobile experience, speed of loading, ability to expand and mould to the demands of the future and most importantly, with the aim to attract and convert more prospecting clients.
Built in WordPress CMS, the property feed from a third-party supplier, Reapit, is integrated into the CMS to seamlessly show the agent’s properties.
Frank Harris’s new site is now search engine and user friendly, all departments and branches are listed under one cohesive design, the search functionality is very user friendly with ‘featured property’ for sales and lettings and Map View and listing search presentation available. The property pages are a lot clearer, with larger images, cleaner presentation and fully filterable. The site is powered by simple to use content management system making it easy to update in-house.
