Objectives and Requirements

M & M Property approached us to help them generate more enquiries through digital marketing. There was a specific need to increase enquiries from local vendors and landlords and to increase local market share.

Our Approach

After assessing the existing marketing assets, it was clear the existing website was not fit for purpose and we had to start by redesigning it.

We planned a new sitemap, user experience and call to actions together with a strategy for a local SEO campaign. We performed a detailed keyword research and optimised multiple pages prior to the launch. We installed all the necessary tracking code to assess the results and to produce reports for our client each month.

We then designed and built a brand-new website in WordPress, seamlessly integrating a property feed from Vebra, showing the agent’s properties.

The Results

The new website is desktop, tablet and mobile responsive. Built in WordPress CMS, the property feed is taken from a third party supplier, Vebra, which we have integrated into the CMS to seamlessly show the agent’s properties.

Comparing the first three months after the launch with the same three months the year before, we have recorded:

  • 75% increase in unique visitors
  • 112% increase in page views
  • 60% increase in average session duration
  • 23% reduction in bounce rate
  • and an incredible 237% increase in visitors from mobile devices

Following from the success of the first 12 months from the launch, we increased our 3rd party spend with Google, which resulted in further 112% increase in conversions over a 6 month period. (April – September 2018)

Even though many estate and letting agents recorded a decline in enquiries and sales in 2018, our client enjoyed an increase of business transactions and has recorded one of the best periods in their history.

We engaged with Art Division to build our new website and run a digital marketing campaign in order to increase our enquiries, as they came recommended and we also liked their personal approach. As a result, the month following the launch of the website was the busiest of the year for us. What we like most about working with the team is that they are one stop shop for both web and marketing.
