An independent estate and letting agent based in Wimbledon Village established since 1987.
Our long-term client, Robert Holmes, approached us to redesign and rebuild their website with an aim to increase the conversion rate from visitors to enquiries, further improving their organic rankings. We have already increased their market share through our ongoing digital marketing campaigns. However, it was time to take it to the next level.
Clients undertake this service when looking at strategic ways to grow their business through digital marketing.

We went back to the drawing board and strategised and planned a new navigation structure and user journey together with an enhanced mobile experience.
We carried out keyword research to understand what potential buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors were looking for in today’s market, and re-optimised all pages to reflect this. New calls to action were introduced, and we implemented tracking across all pages to better access the results.
increase in form enquiries 2 months after launch
increase in enquiries from the previous year
increase of enquiries from mobile devices
The new website is desktop, tablet and mobile responsive. Built in WordPress CMS, the property feed is taken from a third party supplier, Reapit, which we have integrated into the CMS to display seamlessly.
Our client already had strong local market share, with over 8,500 average monthly visits due to the ongoing marketing campaign we have been managing. We were now looking to increase their conversion rate.
Just two months after the launch of the site, the form enquiries increased by 700%. When comparing the three months after the launch with the number of enquiries during the same three months only 12 months previously, the increase recorded is 350%.
Even more impressive is the increase in enquiries through mobile devices. We have seen a 1000% increase in enquiries from visitors using their mobile phones, purely down to the improved user experience and call to actions.
A massive thank you to all involved at Art Division in designing and delivering our new website. The feedback we have been getting from both vendors and applicants has been very positive. The office and Robert are very pleased, so thank you once again for all the effort in making the website look so good. Been a while since we've been able to be proud of the website!
