Become A Trusted Agency For Home Sellers

Online credibility is critical for estate agents. If your website doesn’t have the right trust signals, features and visibility – home sellers will avoid your agency and head elsewhere.

Thankfully, Art Division gives you the power to make a lasting impression that persuades home sellers to book a valuation and browse your properties.

You can select Google Review integrations to show off your expertise, or stat bars to show off your sales figures. And when it comes to your property feed, you can insert local data which includes the nearest train stations or school catchment areas.

That way, your website gives vendors the confidence they need to pick you.

Web features for estate agents

Art Division websites are not a static product which can’t be changed. Instead, we offer a range of modules and features which can be added to your site as and when you need them.

This means you’re free to start out with a basic package and buy new features as your business grows, all of which can work together with our digital marketing service.

Some of these features add new functions to your site to increase conversions (blog CTAs & integrated Google Reviews), while others help your website reach more home sellers and rank highly in Google Search (local area pages).

Web Design For
Estate Agents FAQ

If you’re looking for estate agent web design, it’s likely you have many questions about the web design process, costs and outcomes. We answer some of the most common questions here.

Art Division websites take approximately 6-8 weeks to build for estate agents.

However, the speed will depend upon several factors:

  • The size of your website – It will take longer to create a website for a large, multi-branch agency which requires many different features and integrated marketing compared to a new, single branch start-up
  • Division of labour – Some agents are keen to populate their own content and supply the web copy for their site. This often takes longer, as many estate agents are busy with other business critical tasks which push web work to the back of the queue.
  • Your responsiveness – If you’re quick to respond to requests for (e.g.) CRM information or Google Business account details, then we can progress with your site much faster.
  • Any amends or additions – If you want to amend or change bits of the site which diverge from the original design, then this will take longer to implement.

When we speak together about your web project, we’ll offer you a clearly defined timeline to help you plan ahead and know what is happening when (and anything we might need from you).

Art Division websites start from £1975+VAT for the most basic version of our website. Costs will then continue at £165+VAT pcm to maintain and update your website, ensuring it is running as it should.

However, even the basic version of our websites contain all the features you need as a small agency: property feed connection, bespoke-quality visual design, basic SEO optimisation, content population, property cost calculators valuation forms…and more.

Even better, you can purchase any one of our 45+ add-ons for your website, ensuring your web functionality grows with your business and budget.

Template websites offer a rigid design which you can pick and have applied to your site. Custom built or bespoke sites often start from the ground up, build all the necessary modules and features you require, often for significant cost due to the time of development.

Art Division’s websites sit in between these two options. We have spent years crafting a re-usable web infrastructure ‘under the hood’ which can be applied to almost any estate agency. However, we also personalise every website so that the modules and features look different every time, and are crafted according to your branding.

In addition, our ‘modular’ structure allows you to bolt on any new features to the even the most basic website. That way, you can increase functionality and features over time – as and when you need them. This approach has the advantage of cutting costs (we don’t design from the ground up) while achieving a bespoke level of visual design (we do personalise every site).

Of course! It is perfectly possible to built an estate agency website using free tools and AI (though there will always be some costs involved for upkeep).

However, just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. Estate agency websites contain a lot of unique features which are difficult to get right with standard website templates and AI. One of the most complex issues is connecting and presenting your property feed and CRM correctly, which takes a lot of expertise and is essential to get right.

A broader issue is that free and AI web tools often get your site about 80% of the way there, but that remaining 20% is often critical – and hard to edit. For example, your site may look great on desktop, but the mobile version skews the content and resizes everything badly. Fixing these things often requires a significant time investment and outside advice, even if you insist on doing most of it yourself.

Finally, your website also needs to be SEO optimised to reach your customers effectively, which requires plenty of manual time investment (and expertise).

The low cost of our estate agent websites, and the ability to add ready-to-go features, makes this a much more sensible option for agents who don’t want to spend hundreds of hours editing a ‘free’ website.

Absolutely. Art Division have integrated nearly every estate agent CRM on the market into our websites. Whichever provider you use, it will not be a barrier to us, and will function perfectly well.

What happens to my website if I want to switch CRM systems?

Nothing bad. Simply tell us that you are moving and supply us with the required technical information, and we can adapt the website accordingly without any disruption.

Certainly. Every website Art Division builds is ready to integrate and display your property feed, constantly updating as new properties are added or old ones taken off the market.

On a basic level, all our websites are SEO optimised and help you to rank highly in Google Search for relevant keywords. In addition, Art Division websites are fast, optimised for mobile use, and use small file sizes to encourage Google to prioritise your site in search results.

However, our estate agent SEO services can further improve your performance in local searches made by sellers and landlords. We can write SEO optimised web copy, create lead-generating blogs, and build specialised area pages to raise your profile in the locations that matter.

Yes of course. There are two ways to do this:

  1. You tell us the changes you want, and we make them – this is the safest option, as it prevents anything being deleted, moved or disrupted accidentally.
  2. We give you site access, and you make the changes – We can give you a site login to add the content you like, whether it is making updates to text, adding testimonials or writing a blog.

You have a certain number of hours included in your maintenance plan for site updates and changes. If the changes fall within your package allowance, we can perform these exchanges without any further cost to you. However, it’s worth noting that creating entirely new modules or doing extra design work may incur an additional cost, depending upon the scope of the work.

Every Art Division website for estate agents is specifically optimised for mobile use before the website is launched, and rigorously tested along the way.

This includes making sure that modules render correctly for mobile screens, text and button sizes adjust, and navigation between properties remains easy and user friendly. Every module has been built with mobile optimisation in mind, so it is never a problem scaling down to a smaller screen, whether it is a tablet or phone.

Certainly. Our web design for estate agents ensures that you can add modules whenever you need them to increase functionality, user experience or marketing capability.

We have over 45 add-ons to choose from, so what do these include? You could add blog CTAs which direct readers to book a valuation or contact you. We could install a WhatsApp or chatbot module onto your website for easy contact with customers. You could choose to add extra property search features to your listings such as radial search, draw-a-search or a separate property feed for  (e.g.) commercial property.

Take a look here to explore more of add-ons we offer.

No! We create a range of sites for different players across the property industry and beyond, see the range of sites we design below:

Under our Amplify plan, we include an AI-powered blog creation tool.

Agents can generate blog posts in seconds by choosing a topic and target audience. The system uses OpenAI and pre-built prompts to create content tailored to buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants, and automatically uploads it to your website, ready for review.

Agents can also select relevant visuals from built-in free image libraries, and the system will automatically resize and optimise those images to ensure fast loading times.
