Currently we only provide email support for the Starter package, and email and phone support for the Advanced or Ultimate. We will provide you with a dedicated email address for any support questions.
Absolutely. If you prefer that we write the copy, layout your newsletters, send them, or even create nurture sequences for you, we can. Our management fee starts from £250+VAT per month. We can also charge per task as and when you need our help. For example, if you need help with quarterly newsletters, we can just charge for the time it takes to create those for you.

Yes. Any leads generated from your campaign will be for your use only.
By default, leads will be saved in your email marketing account. You will have access to your account from where you can upload or export leads.
