Art Division shortlisted for The Negotiator Awards 2026
We’re delighted to share some exciting news – Art Division has been shortlisted again for The Negotiator Awards, this time for Supplier of the Year: Products and Services (Marketing) 2026! 🎉
Following our Highly Commended award in 2024 and Silver award in 2013, it’s fantastic to be recognised once again amongst the leading suppliers supporting the UK property industry.
For more than 25 years, we’ve worked closely with estate and letting agents to help them strengthen their online presence, generate more opportunities and adapt to the changing ways people search for property and choose an agent.
From website design and SEO to digital marketing, automation and, increasingly, AI optimisation, our focus continues to be on developing practical marketing solutions that help independent agents compete and grow.
And this year, there’s another reason for us to celebrate.
We’re incredibly pleased to see Portland Estate & Letting Agents, one of our clients and one of North West London’s top-recommended local agencies, shortlisted for Website of the Year.
We’re particularly proud of this recognition because a great estate agency website needs to do far more than look good. It needs to showcase the agency and its local expertise, provide a great experience for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, and ultimately turn online visibility into genuine enquiries and instructions.
We’ll therefore be cheering Portland on just as enthusiastically as we’ll be hoping for an Art Division win on the night!
About the Negotiator Awards:
Now in its 19th year, The Negotiator Awards is one of the UK property industry’s leading independent awards programmes, recognising excellence across estate and letting agencies as well as the suppliers and businesses supporting the wider residential property sector.
The 2026 Awards have attracted another record number of entries and entrants, with 34 categories covering some of the sector’s best businesses and professionals.
The organisers have also reported the highest number of returning entrants in the Awards’ history, demonstrating just how highly regarded the awards have become.
As Event Director Grant Leonard explains, a Negotiator Award is a “hallmark of excellence and quality”, with the awards independently judged by industry experts and peers.
Roll on awards night!
The winners will be revealed at the black-tie gala dinner on Friday 27th November 2026 at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London, with around 1,000 property professionals expected to attend.
The awards evening follows The Negotiator Conference & Expo 2026, which brings together industry leaders, associations and specialists for one of the residential property sector’s key annual networking and leadership events.
Being shortlisted again is a wonderful recognition of the work our team puts into helping estate and letting agents improve their digital marketing and stay ahead of a rapidly changing search landscape.
